Where are you based?
I am located in Leeds / Wakefield, West Yorkshire. I am currently based at Iveridge Health Club, Oulton and The Therapy Rooms, Wakefield.
As well as in person therapy, I also offer remote therapy services.
What happens in the initial consultation call?
Before our first session, I offer a free 15-minute consultation, via phone call or Teams. This provides the opportunity for you to share the support you are seeking and to see if I can help. You can ask any questions you might have. There is no obligation to commit to therapy with me.
How soon will I hear back from you if I make contact?
I will endeavour to respond to your initial enquiry within 24 hours.
How much do you charge?
I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation via phone call or Teams. Subsequent sessions are charged at £120 (online) £130 (in person) per 50 -60 minutes for people who self-refer. I ask that fees be paid 48 hours prior to the session.
I am registered with any insurance providers?
Yes, I am registered with BUPA, WPA, Aviva and Vitality
Are our sessions confidential?
Our sessions are confidential. There are occasional exceptions to this, for example, if I am concerned that you or someone else is at risk. In these circumstances I have a duty to share my concerns, however I will always endeavour to discuss this with you first.
What if I need to cancel a session?
If you need to cancel a session there will be no charge as long as you can give me 48hours notice of the cancellation. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48hours notice are charged at the full rate. This is because it is not possible to fill this appointment slot at such short notice.
